Product receive karne ke baad agar damaged, missing ya wrong item issue ho, to 3 days ke andar Timfora support ko inform karein.

Parcel open karte waqt clear unboxing video record karein. Ye video issue verify karne aur solution process fast karne mein help karti hai.

Genuine issue verify hone ke baad Timfora pehle exchange/replacement solution provide karne ki koshish karega.

Return, exchange ya refund request automatically approve nahi hoti. Har case proof, condition aur reporting time ke basis par review hota hai.

Product damaged receive hua ho, wrong item deliver hua ho, item missing ho, ya product mein delivery ke waqt genuine fault already present ho. Customer ko issue 3 days ke andar report karna hoga aur clear proof/unboxing video provide karni hogi.

Non-Eligible Cases

Opened, used, damaged-by-customer, mishandled, misused, ya improper handling ki wajah se damaged product return/exchange ke liye eligible nahi hoga, jab tak issue delivery ke waqt already present na ho aur proof ke sath verify na ho.

Resolution Method

Exchange first, refund only after review.

Timfora ka first preferred solution exchange ya replacement hai. Refund har case mein automatic nahi hota; refund tab consider hota hai jab exchange/replacement possible na ho ya support team case review ke baad approve kare.

Return/exchange case mein shipping cost normally shared ho sakti hai: half cost Timfora aur half cost customer pay karega, case review ke mutabiq.

Delayed reporting 3 days ke baad report karne se issue verify aur resolve karna difficult ho sakta hai.
Opened / used products Opened ya used products generally returnable nahi, unless issue delivery ke waqt already present tha aur proof available hai.
